Read some of the reviews! Not sure why people expect michelin standard food for a value for money fried chicken Kebab place. Embarrassing! In Barkingside in that type best around. Lovely team of guys who work hard and give good standard food. If anyone reading those * and ** reviews! Ignore it. Worth a try. I been in Barkingside over 5 years and tried all of them..

FINALLY! A taste of Tower Hamlets has arrived in Redbridge. Spice Hut in Gants Hill is just awful and tastes nothing like the originals in Tower Hamlets, however, this place has perfected it. Glad that I no longer have to drive miles to grab a PFC. Everything spot on.

Great offers and food is very good considering what you pay. I’m not comparing these guys to Gordon Ramsey but for what you pay - it is very good value and the quality of food is great. Their customer service is brilliant! One of the new guys forgot my wings and so I rang them up - they said to pop down now or let them know next time I visit and they will give me my wings. And they did, in fact threw in a couple extra... nice... keep the whole work up guys!

I like this place since I move into the neighborhood. The owner is a very friendly person, approachable and cordial. The staffs are good. Food quality and value for money is highly recommended. Big fan of their chicken Donner

Always love a good spice hut. Although each branch varies in taste overall I find they are quite consistent. Cheap food served fresh and quick. Cannot complain.

Spice hut is a chain, I have been to many of them, the consistency in the food and service is excellent. The chicken tikka biryani is on the spot here and the portion was generous. I do not believe it would have been possible to fit all that into a takeaway box if I wasn't eating in. There's only a few seats, the best way to enjoy this place is probably to takeaway.

This spice hut is way better than the Gants hill one. The food is always fresh and is much tastier and the customer service is excellent, with friendly workers, not like the other place where they moan if you take too much sauce.

Good value for money with great tasting food and good portion sizes. They have some of the best chicken wings and chips in Ilford with the perfect size, crunchiness and saltiness. Owners are always polite. I enjoy coming here after playing football nearby at Redbridge Sports Centre or Powerleague.
